The Help button leads to a page providing an overview of the content of Beebrain and how to navigate within the website.

The Index button generates the Index page describing the current hierarchy of the Beebrain Database. This page implements arrows to change the level of detail [

Section temporarily disconnected
Section under development
Section completed
Site Map
The Site Map button will indicate the user's the current location in the Beebrain hierarchy. The hierarchy of the Beebrain Database will be presented, with the user's location marked. Please be patient; the server generates this page from scratch based on the index.
Search
The Search button leads to the Search Page, where the user may input keywords for quick yet robust searching. The search engine allows case sensitivity, partial and whole word matching, and number of errors per keyword search. As well, the search engine allows variables for number of files returned, and number of matches per file. Searches may be conducted on the whole database, or selected sections.
Alternately, the user may enter the accession number of the page they wish to view. There are four options: choosing a single access number, a range of numbers, a series of comma-delimited numbers, and viewing established access numbers with page titles. Currently, the limit is ten pages for a range of numbers, and eight for series of numbers.
Status
The Status buttons leads to the Status Page, which describes the full name, the accession number, the owner, and their email address and location.
In addition, this page allows the user to post comments regarding that page, and preview comments from other users.
Contact
The Contact button leads to a page with a submission form. Feel free to make comments and suggestions about the website content, or propose a submission. There is also a link to the webmaster to report any broken links or strange server behavior.
