Autofluorescent Serial Horizontal Sections

Sixteen 7 µm horizontal paraffin sections of male flies. Autofluorescence was imaged using a confocal microscope at 1024 x 1024 resolution. Images are provided in JPEG format here, a series of high resolution GIF versions is also available.

Horizontal sections are arranged from dorsal to ventral.
