For this and similar anaglyphs use red/blue spectacles.
This line intensely stains four bundles of Kenyon cell bodies arising from the calyx, which itself appears to be divided into quadrants supplied by four islands of cell bodies.
The four tracts merge and fuse to two tracts in the pedunculus before bifurcating to supply the core of the alpha lobe and the core of the beta lobe.
In addition, Kenyon cell axons nearer the margins of the pedunculus project into the heel of the mushroom body and into the gamma lobes but do not send axons into alpha.
Details of how line was generated and stained.
