This reconstruction of line c133 shows intense staining in the antennal lobes. A large number, but not all, of the glomeruli are labeled. A few diffuse cell bodies are just visible to either side. Most of the staining comes not from these cell bodies but from fibres originating in the antennal nerve. Although severed, the remnants of the nerve are just visible as a dense area of staining on the ventral margin of each glomerulus.

Fibres, possibly from the antenno-glomerular tract, can be seen originating at or just behind the antennal lobe. They project to the postero-medial protocerebrum. Their collaterals branch diffusely around the calyces and lateral horn.

Axons also have heterolateral projections between the two protocerebra.

Details of how line was generated and stained.
