The confocal reconstruction of line c739 shows intense staining in the mushroom bodies. Staining is present in the alpha and beta lobes [High] [Low] only (gamma is unstained). The inner region of the pedunculus is stained and formed from four tracts [High] [Low] which fuse before bifurcating into the lobes. Groups of cell bodies contribute to a subdivided calyx from which arise the four tracts seen in the pedunculus.

Two small groups of cell bodies anterior to the mushroom bodies also give rise to a diffuse processes within the antennal lobes.

The optic lobes contain a diffuse arrangement of tangential processes derived from three large and four small cell bodies anteriorly. [High] [Low]
